History
The company director, Suzanne Harrison began her career as a Science teacher in 1995 at Forest Hill School, London. She taught at other schools in London and the South-East, including state, independent and in multi academy trusts. Most of her experience was founded in areas of deprivation where schools often face multiple challenges to deliver the best teaching and learning. With 16 years of leadership at middle and senior level, she is driven by an unrelenting passion to release the sometimes hidden capacities within people and systems, to become the very best.
Armed with a toolkit of the most effective elements of school improvement strategies, Suzanne draws on her broad network of leaders, classroom practitioners, researchers and communicators to collaborate on projects.
Continuing her work at the frontline, Suzanne Harrison is a part-time instructional coach in schools , ensuring she sustains an up to date knowledge and skill base and so that she remains credible as an expert in the classroom. She also uses digital technology and online tools to provide distance coaching: observation, modelling and feedback.
